Well the answer is that it varies; on a number of things, hence why most firms rarely list their prices. Costs will be specific to the business at hand. These prices might be out the question for some organisations. But before you start typing in "cheap IT support in [your area]" have an idea in your head of your needs, value of IT investment, how much does downtime cost and how critical your IT infrastructure is to your business.

Fundamentally It all depends on whats included in your contract, as some providers will only support your computer hardware but exclude your software, or support the company owned devices but not BYOD. Although i'm sure once your needs and requirements are identified, your chosen MSP will be able to deliver the solution.
