Meet our new ‘IT Apprentice’, Lucas Hollister

To kick off the new year we have extended our IT department to make room for our new IT Apprentice, Lucas. Lucas will be supporting and shadowing our first-line engineer, Harry Wood to gain the experience and qualifications needed to support our helpdesk, providing basic IT support and troubleshooting.

We're pleased to welcome another new addition to our ever-growing team, Mohammed Majid. 'Mo' as he likes to be called will be joining the team as a 'Solutions Specialist' in our commercial department, focusing on taking ATG to the next level and widening our client portfolio.

Meet our new ‘Sales Administrator’, Kelly Langford

Kelly has joined us in a new Sales Administrator role, essentially she will be the link which ties the commercial team together! Kelly's key roles are to qualify all incoming enquiries, create and update customer records, provide sales quotes, whilst supporting the sales, finance and marketing teams.

Last week our CEO, Mark Matthews presented at CompTIA's Regional Meeting (Birmingham) on 'How to define values within the organisation', sharing his views on the importance of company values and how ATG identified their own. In this presentation, Mark gave insight into why your business values need to represent the existing team and NOT be based on what the CEO deems as important.
