Mark Matthews

CEO

Mark Matthews is a family man, business leader and visionary. He has been running an award-winning IT MSP, based in Bromsgrove since 1989. He’s a changed man as his philosophy is now “It’s normally my fault, so I’ll get out of the way and let my team do their job”. This is serving him well after the last 29 years, now enabling him to empower his people to be the best that they can be.

David Carr

Director

Davids role as a Director at ATG is to lead and mentor all employees within the commercial and finance teams. Aligning the Departments with the overall company vision and ensuring the values of the company are being lived.

Outside of work David, plays an active role in the church, which has shaped him both personally and in business to becoming the person he is today.

Chris Savigar

Operations Director

Chris is responsible for the effective and efficient delivery of all our services and projects here at ATG. He joined the company in July 2016 as Technical Manager and has 20 years’ experience of working within the customer service sector. His passion is people; managing and developing them to succeed. When not at work he enjoys relaxing on holiday in Cape Verde and spending time with his family and daughter Mia.

Becky Matthews

Company Secretary

Becky is our Company Secretary, she helps out with the general admin and day-to-day running’s of the business . Outside of work Becky loves to keep active and fit.She walks her 3 dogs and goes to the gym regularly to swim and keep fit. She loves to travel and enjoys reading and is part of the village book club.

Kate Jones

Office Coordinator

Kate joined us in 2013 as an admin assistant after finishing her degree with the Open University and has developed in her role to become part of the finance team and our ConnectWise guru. Her Prince 2 qualifications and project management experience make her ideal for keeping everything organised in the office and helped a great deal whilst wedding planning. Kate has a keen interest in travel and reading so when she isn’t exploring other countries in her free time, she has her head in a book.

Steve McGowan

Security and Compliance Director

After almost 20 years in the IT industry, he has a wide variety of experience. Steve brings a wealth of technology and business knowledge to our clients where he has a passion for understanding problems and how they can be solved by pairing technology with good business processes. Outside of work Steve runs regular comedy and music events, brews his own craft beer and is a keen cook. His friends (The Beefy Boys) and he have competed in the World Food Championships for the last 3 years in Vegas, Florida and Alabama representing the UK in the category of World's Best Burger! He can talk at length about technology but don't get him started on Burgers!

Jahmel Coleman

Marketing Executive

After leaving university, Jahmel has joined us in an executive role to manage the communications of the company. He also brings a vast amount of experience in event management, having run his own series of night-time events up and down the country. His creativity is not only channelled through the generation and management of content on our website but also through the cracking industry events we host for both our clients and prospects.

Tom Driscoll

Partner Development Manager

With 15 years’ support desk experience, Tom now provides an educated approach to client development, focusing on future risks and strategically planning for the future of our partners. In his spare time, Tom enjoys cycling and is planning various trips around the UK. When he’s not doing this Tom enjoys watching documentaries and spending time with family and friends.

Harry Wood

Service Delivery

Harry is one of our first-line support engineers. After leaving college he got himself an apprenticeship with another IT company where he completed the course before joining ATG in January 2017. His young age means he’s more than knowledgeable about the latest technologies, therefore, he is a key part in keeping your business systems up and running steadily.

Adam Chatfield

Service Delivery

Adam (Chatters) Chatfield is one of the IT Engineers. He has been involved in IT for a number of years and started in IT for Businesses with ATG 3 years ago. He currently has CompTIA A+ and Network+ certifications. Out of work, Adam likes to combine his interests in photography and motorsport by taking snaps of cars and their drivers as well as anything else that catches his eye.

David Hughes

Project Lead

David is our Technical Project Lead with over twelve years’ experience in the IT industry. As well as helping with the more problematic day-to-day support issues of our customers, he manages the design and implementation of our larger technical projects. Last year he qualified as a Cyber Essentials and IASME Auditor and successfully guided us through the assessment process to obtain our IASME Gold Certification. David’s love of technology extends to his home life as he is a keen gamer and can often be found engrossed in a sci-fi book or film. On the rare occasion that he needs a break from tech, he enjoys the calm and focus of archery.

Martin Collyer

Service Delivery

Martin is one of the senior members of the Support Team, having worked at ATG for over 12 years. Martin uses his analytical skills to investigate second and third-tier support issues. Martin is a keen movie fan, who also enjoys football and plays in the Studley darts league.

Adam Williams

Network Administrator

Adam is our Senior Support Engineer. Passionate about technology from an early age, Adam has studied IT at college and then university, graduating in 2009. Following this, Adam has worked exclusively within IT, honing his technical skills, which he’s now bringing to bear at ATG. In his spare time, Adam likes walking, plays badminton regularly and plays the guitar – although not always well.

David Bennington

Service Team Lead

Simply known as Benno to everyone who knows him; Benno is totally normal and it’s everyone else that’s a bit “different” (that’s the way he sees it anyway). Benno has worked in an IT support role for nearly 20 years now and genuinely loves helping people turn it off and back on again. Benno loves the outdoors and taking on crazy challenges for charity having scaled Snowdon in 60mph winds and freezing -20°C temperatures carrying an 80kg stretcher (!) and more recently hiking 45 miles up all 4 3,000+ foot peaks in the Lake District in 24 hours for the charity Mind. See. Totally normal.

Kelly Langford

Sales Administrator

Kelly joined our team in August 2018 as our Sales Administrator, she is the link that ties the commercial team together, playing a key part in processing quotes, hosted amendment forms, qualifying enquiries and supporting the sales, finance and marketing teams.

Kelly attends the gym regularly, her favourite classes being Body Combat, Body Pump and has recently found a new love of RPM, she has taken part in 4 wolf runs but is yet to become an alpha wolf!

When she’s not in the gym or at work Kelly enjoys spending time with her Son, having meals out, watching the latest films and spending time with friends, they often book theatre nights when a good musical is in town!

Mohammed Majid

Solutions Specialist

Mohammed, otherwise known as Mo, is our solutions specialist. Having come from a sales role previously, Mo brings his experience in approaching new business and maintaining current accounts. Mo enjoys going to gym and is an avid gamer. So if you don’t see him at work or at the gym, be sure he’s at home on his PlayStation.

Lucas Hollister

Appretince

Lucas is originally from the sunny state of California, having moved to Birmingham in 2014. After finishing his two-year college course in Games Development at Bournville College, Lucas realised that he preferred the hardware side of IT as opposed to coding so, he applied for an apprenticeship technician. Under the mentoring of our first-line engineer, Lucas supports the helpdesk, providing basic IT support and troubleshooting
