Halloween with the Stroke Association

Halloween with the Stroke Association

Yesterday we were up to some mischief in the office, each of our employees donated £5 each to see Mark (the boss!) dress up in a costume of our choice! So you know we had to pick him out something good aha.

This year we dressed him up as the male alter ego of Dorothy from the renown Wizard of Oz and they definitely weren't in Kansas anymore. You'll be happy to know we jam-packed his calendar for the day just so he can show off his lovely new get-up to the outside world! His first meet was with Samsung who were demonstrating their new FL!P interactive displays.

By the end of the day, we had raised an impressive £528.40 bringing us to a total of £736.18 (ATOW) which is 36% of the way towards our goal of £2000. As a company, we would like to give a massive thank you to everyone who took part in helping us raise such an impressive amount in 24 hours.

The Stroke Association

his year we will be supporting the Stroke Association in memory of our colleague's mother who suddenly and unexpectedly passed away earlier this year to a stroke after battling cancer.

Stroke Association is the UK’s leading charity dedicated to conquering stroke. They deliver stroke services across the UK, campaign for better stroke care, invest in research and fundraise to expand our reach to as many stroke survivors as possible.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity. So it's the most efficient way to donate - saving time and cutting costs.

If you or someone you know has been affected by stroke or you want to know more information on how to reduce your risk of a stroke, please get in touch with the charity.
