Business is booming and we are looking for additional first-rate staff to join our friendly and growing team based in Bromsgrove, Worcestershire.

IT Product Sales (full time / permanent)

We are looking for an individual that is confident and knowledgeable about computer hardware, software, peripherals and consumables to join our sales and marketing team.

Ideally you will have some previous experience of selling computer products and preferably within a business to business environment, however we are willing to consider candidates with a keen interest and enthusiasm for technology products if they can show sufficient general IT knowledge and a willingness to learn. Customer contact will be primarily via telephone and email, but also face-to-face in our showroom and at client premises.

Person skills sought:

• An enthusiastic ‘can-do’ attitude
• Passionate about technology and interested in learning about new products
• Attention to detail to ensure accurate order processing
• Confident telephone manner
• Excellent written communication skills
• Full Driver’s License

Skills and experience desirable:

• B2B computer sales, including product selection and sourcing
• Sales administration processing
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and rapport with customers and suppliers via telephone and email.
