ATG-IT Ltd is a leading cross-platform IT support and solutions provider based in Bromsgrove, Worcestershire, with a broad range of business clients across the Midlands and the UK. We are looking for additional IT Support Engineers/Technicians to join our friendly team.

A variety of openings are available to suitable candidates with experience of any of the following duties:

• to investigate and deliver resolutions to day-to-day IT Support requests via telephone, remote assistance and on-site;
• to maintain the integrity and security of client computers through upgrades, patches and new technologies;
• to install, upgrade and maintain client and server solutions;
• to investigate and repair hardware faults;
• to specify and project manage technology solutions to business client demands for improved connectivity, storage, communication and security.
  

As a Support provider we work with businesses that have a broad range of technologies and systems. Candidates will ideally have a broad experience and understanding of the following: Windows XP, Windows 7, Server 2003/2008, Mac OS, Routers, Switches, Firewalls, Networking and VPN.

We are particularly interested to hear from candidates with previous experience in cross-platform networking and PC/Mac integration, but this is not essential.

Qualifications required in any of the following:
- Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) in Server and Desktop (minimum)
- MCSE or MCITP in Server 2003/2008
- Apple Certified Macintosh Technician (ACMT)

A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle insured to cover business use is required, although a company vehicle may be supplied after an initial probation period.

This is a customer-facing role so excellent communication and people skills are required.

These positions are permanent and full time, with 28 days holiday (inc bank holidays). Salary is based on experience and relevant qualifications. ATG-IT offers opportunities for career advancement and additional skills/training for suitable candidates.

IT Sales Coordinator
Full Time (9am-5.15pm ⁄ Monday-Friday)
Permanent

We are looking for an individual that is confident and knowledgeable about computer hardware and software to join our sales team.

If you have a passion for all things IT, with good attention to detail and you enjoy building strong customer relationships, then we want to hear from you!

Ideally you will have previous experience of selling computer products and preferably within a business to business environment, however we are willing to consider applicants looking to start a career in IT Sales if you can show a keen interest and a willingness to learn.
Customer contact will be primarily via telephone and email, but also face-to-face in our showroom.

Person skills sought:

• Broad understanding of computer hardware/software;
• Attention to detail to ensure accurate order processing;
• Confident telephone manner;
• Excellent written communications skills;
• Willingness to work as part of a team, with a ‘can-do’ attitude.

Skills and experience desirable:

• B2B computer sales, including product selection and sourcing;
• Sales administration processing;
• Strong interpersonal skills and build relationships and rapport with customers and suppliers via telephone and email.
