Professional Support
Our best selling support package, for complete peace of mind
This comprehensive support package supplies all you need for day-to-day peace of mind for your IT systems providing full systems monitoring, critical updates and security alert updates.
Along with telephone help desk (including emergency out-of-hours where agreed), remote assistance and inclusive on-site support.
In addition we provide IT project consultancy and management meetings, plus discounted rates on your hardware and software requirements.

Premier Support
A complete in-house IT solution for your business
This is our highest level of IT support offering a 24/7 experience.
Our IT engineers can be on site every working day to support your IT needs, along with providing you with your own dedicated telephone support help desk for your employees to get quick and efficient assistance wherever they are.
This package provides a complete managed IT solution, with regular management meetings along with IT project consultancy and discounted hardware and software.

We also offer a pay-as-you-go service for ad-hoc IT support.
