ATG offer a remote assistance service enabling one of our qualified IT technicians to securely log in to your computer system to diagnose and fix any IT issues you may be experiencing.

The entire communication between ATG and your computer is encrypted for security and peace of mind.

This system allows us to provide you with a speedy and cost-effective solution to the vast majority of IT concerns. However if a problem cannot be solved remotely an engineer can be supplied on site.
